Facelift for Grangetown café agreed

14 December 2015

An earlier application was rejected by councillors but issues regarding waste storage and loss of privacy to neighbours have been addressed, says a report on behalf of owner George Formosa.

The development comes with conditions, including first floor windows being designed not to affect the privacy of nearby properties.
